Missed calls and quiet quotes are where most shops leak money, so that is where we usually start. But Korvall is a custom software shop based in Lancaster city, and we work with the contractors, notaries, accountants and Queen Street shops from Penn Square out to the county line. If something in your business is slow, manual or falling through the cracks, we build the thing that fixes it.

of missed business calls never get a call back within 48 hours.

If we part ways, it keeps runningUnder a sink in Lititz when the phone rings.
That job goes to whoever picks up.
Scissors in hand, phone going off.
The caller still gets booked while you finish the cut.
Friday rush, three lines ringing.
Every call gets answered and nobody sits on hold.
The quote you meant to follow up on.
The spreadsheet you retype every Friday.
One build down the road in Lancaster, more running in production elsewhere. None of these started as the same problem.
A licensed customs broker in Lancaster had a spreadsheet of nearly 2,000 freight companies and one email he wanted each of them to get. Writing them by hand was never going to happen, and a mass-mail service meant a monthly bill and somebody else's server in the middle.
Now he double-clicks one file. Every company gets its own email, addressed to a person wherever the list names one, sent from his own Gmail in daily batches, with a tracker for who has been emailed and who replied. Excel and Gmail, nothing else. No subscription, and the code is his.
An acquisitions team was opening a dozen tabs and spreadsheets to size up one parcel. Now they draw an area on a map and every parcel inside lands on one screen, loaded with the data they need, pushed straight to their CRM or out as a CSV. Same problem as a local shop buried in spreadsheets, just bigger.
★★★★★“Kory completed the first phase of this contract successfully. We are planning to start a second phase immediately afterwards. Kory has great work, and I wanted to get that documented.”
A sales team was rebuilding quotes by hand - digging through old Word files for the last quote with that part number, copying the description, the photo and the price. 15 to 30 minutes a quote, many times a week. Now it is one click, every price traces back to the quote it came from, and it runs entirely on their own machine.
This one is a simple Python script. Others are full dashboards. The build fits the problem.
★★★★★“Kory was very detail oriented from the beginning and delivered high quality work. He listened to all my requirements carefully and asked good questions to clarify things before delivering. I highly recommend Kory to anyone and would work with him again.”
Builds here run from a simple Python script to a fully integrated dashboard. When AI is the right tool for the job, this is what it looks like.
Kory built this one for himself. His own assistant - research, planning, his whole day, by voice. Yours would be built around your business.
Listen to a customer call. Orders taken, substitutions handled, upsells made, ticket fired to the kitchen. Nobody on staff picks up the phone.
A new client reaches out, gets matched to the right artist and shown their work, and the artist gets a full brief. The shop stays focused and nobody gets interrupted.
Three of the common ones. They are examples, not a menu. Yours gets built around how your business actually runs.
Contractors and trades
You are on a roof and the phone goes to voicemail. Within seconds the caller gets a text from your business number, which collects the name, the job and the best time to reach them. You call back a warm lead instead of a phone number with no context.
Salons, barbers, studios
You are with a customer, the phone is ringing and there are three unread DMs. It answers every call at once, knows your services, hours and prices, books straight into the calendar, and flags the one conversation that actually needs you.

Sales and service desks
Quotes go quiet and nobody has time to chase them. A follow-up sequence runs on its own schedule, written from what the customer actually asked for, and stops the moment they reply.
More on business automation →We are twenty minutes away, so we come to you. An hour in your shop tells us more than a week of emails: how the phones are set up, what customers ask, and where things get dropped.
You tell us what keeps getting dropped. If it is not worth automating, we will say so on the call.
We come to the shop and see how calls come in, what customers ask, and what you never want a machine to say.
Yours gets tested with real messages and real calls before a customer ever touches it.
We watch it daily for the first 30 days and fix whatever comes up, no extra charge. After that we can check on it monthly, or you run it yourself.
There is no storefront, so you are not paying for one. We work across Lancaster County and the neighboring cities, and remotely anywhere in the country when a project does not need hands on site.
Free call, 20 minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you whether it is worth automating and roughly what it would take. Lancaster County businesses can do it in person.
