These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Korvall LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Korvall," "we," "us," "our"), including our automated text-message (SMS) reply service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Korvall provides custom software and automation for local businesses, including AI phone and text assistants that answer and follow up with customers, and related communication tools.
You opt in to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at korvall.com/contact, or by texting our business number (717) 537-9936 first, in which case we reply to your message. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not done one of those two things.
Message frequency varies and is limited to replies and follow-ups about your own inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
Program: Korvall customer messages. Replies may be written by our AI assistant or by a person at Korvall, and are only about your own inquiry: answers to your questions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at kory@korvall.com or (717) 537-9936. We honor opt-out requests immediately.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Text Lancaster program: Korvall LLC (Korvall) also runs Text Lancaster, a free text line at (717) 864-4749 that answers questions about Lancaster, PA. You opt in by texting that number first, and each reply answers your own question. Replies are written by an AI assistant that Korvall builds and reads; check anything that matters. After a question has been answered you may be offered one text a month about downtown events, sent only if you reply YES. Message frequency: replies to your questions, plus at most one monthly notice if you opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
