When you call or text a phone number operated by Korvall (or by a business using Korvall's services), or submit our contact form, we collect your phone number, the time of your message or call, and the content you send. If you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide (such as your name and email).
Consent: You opt in to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at korvall.com/contact, or by texting our business number (717) 537-9936 first, in which case we reply to your message. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not done one of those two things. The consent box is unchecked by default and is never required to contact us or to do business with us.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is limited to replies and follow-ups about your own inquiry (answers to your questions, scheduling, and follow-up). We do not send marketing blasts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text Lancaster: Korvall LLC (Korvall) also runs Text Lancaster, a free text line at (717) 864-4749 that answers questions about Lancaster, PA. You opt in by texting that number first; we reply to your question. A separate monthly event notice is sent only after you reply YES to an offer, and you can leave it at any time by replying STOP.
